So if you know me, you know I not only love drinking matcha but also wearing it (and surrounding myself with it). There’s just something about this shade of green that makes me feel good; maybe it reminds me of being outside, or that grassy, earthy things are just naturally relaxing. Either way, I keep gravitating toward it. Clothes, accessories, dishes, nail polish, phone case, kindle case you name it, I probably have it (or want it) in matcha green.
I think it started with my favorite green cable-knit cardigan when I was little (pretty sure it was from Gap). I wore it constantly and genuinely thought it was the best piece of clothing ever made…maybe still do.

This is a roundup of a few current favorites that feel like a matcha moment: soft, fresh, and easy to mix into everyday life.
These suede pumps are my go-to work shoe. I’m in the office three days a week — which I sometimes resent — but other times appreciate as an excuse to wear clothes I wouldn’t reach for if I never left the house. These feel more elevated than flats but aren’t uncomfortable (rare!). Note: I always size down half a size in Reformation shoes. I’m normally a true 7.5 and the 7 fits perfectly.
This Made by Rooni necklace is the perfect statement or layering piece — I have three necklaces from Rooni that I LOVE (two of which are… also green… admittedly, I have a problem). But I love this one in particular — definitely a soft want.

Snapped this one just for you, dear reader. The olive jade one is online, the moonstone green garnet one is custom. I love popping into World Market for home goods and decor — it’s dangerously close to my apartment. My most recent pick-up was these striped napkins. I really believe in using the fun, nice things every day — no more paper towels. It just feels nicer (and reusable!) to use a pretty, and in this case, green napkin instead of grabbing two or three paper ones. Now, whenever people come over and I set them out, someone always says, “omg, not the nice ones!” Relax, they’re like $4. Use the nice things!!!
So currently this DÔEN sweater is the closest I have come to the one from my childhood. I’ve tried it on in-store several times now, and it is sitting in my cart on multiple websites. Still a soft want because I am looking for cotton and it happens to be cashmere. TBD.
I love the style of this Staud hand bag and the way it incorporates both gold and silver hardware. I was considering it in red for a while, but the second i saw this creamy matcha latte color my mind was changed!
I picked up this Reformation dress a few weeks ago and am just waiting now for the May grey/June gloom to subside so I can wear it. I love a square neckline and simple dress that can be casual or dressy depending on how you style it. I see myself wearing this dress with the sneakers below:
These Onitsuka Tigers are genuinely my everyday shoe. Sure, the style is trendy and I do see them out and about, but I have yet to see someone with them in green and cream!
I’ve been painting my nails myself for a very long time now and not only does Olive and June have the best colors but also the best brush (it’s flat). I haven’t tried their Gel kit yet, but I order this color and a few others (yellow, red, brown) in multiples every time I run out.
Surprise! My dishes are green too. I searched high and low for splatterware dinnerware in this exact color for AGES. I finally found them here after coming across them in a different boutique’s window in my office building that carried them in another color and then finding an importer because they’re made in Puglia. It's silly but they are my Favorite Dishes Ever.
There’s a lot more where this came from but I will leave it at that for now! Hope you’re all having a lovely start to June!

Um, furiously taking notes. Style me, sister. I have a dearth of green in my life.
